Dear Muslims Brothers!

We are writing to ask for your support, needed to develop our current proyects.
We have some programs on development, and some others that are all ready on their way, but, because we don't have enough financial support they can be suspended or definitely stoped.

-In december 2003, we start with the publication of our monthly named the "Calling word". The impression costs are about 36.000 HUF (180 USD) per month. In the redaction we are working with 2 permanent journalists. The impression is in offset. We are using the monthly to transmite to the hungarian public -muslims and no muslims- the message of the Islam, and to mantein informed our brothers and sisters about the multifacetic activities of the community.

-We will start with a radio broadcast in march 2004. The radio is usually broadcasting on FM. We get 30 minutes every Saturday morning to perform a muslim program based on the Coran and on the Sunna.
To start with the radio broadcast, and to make the pre-record of the programs we need a mini disc recorder and some other electronic products. The cost is of 200.000 HUF (1000 USD) (aproximative!)

-Is also our intention to participate int he Hungarian National program of drug prevention. We have all ready prepared a publication to inform and to help the hungarian youth. The cost of the issue of this booklet (1000 units) is of 200.000 HUF (1000 Usd)

-Also we are pretending to publish the english version of Zoltan Bolek's: The History of Islam in Hungary. This book contain various information about the Islam in our country. Information that as we know is unknown in the Islamic Countries. The book is of about 200 pages, including maps and illustrations.
The cost of the translation to english: 160.000 HUF (800 USD) and the printing cost (in case of 1000 units) 600.000 HUF (3000 USD)

-We are preparing this year two conferences or symposiums about the Islam and at the same time we will distribute our booklets and books within the participants.
The costs of the two symposiums are of 500.000 HUF (2500 USD)
