"Demos" means nation in Greece and the word democracy means "the power and order of the nation". It also means that without nation democracy can not exist. Today democracy means something different.
In my previous studies I pointed on the existence of a small group that rules the world and under their heavy dictatorship has to operate every so called local democracy that altogether contribute a new system: democratorship.
This democratorship is democracy for the small group but is a heavy dictatorship for the rest of the world. The basic condition of the democracy is the existence of the demos, the medium class; they are the so called civilians. Only with a civil society can we imagine the democracy. Today this medium class is going to disappear. This medium class is the loser of the democratic changes. They have to bear on their shoulder the burden of the rising prices, the increasing taxes and all those expenditures that is originated from the chrematistics. In this system the money creates money and not the real economics results the money. The medium class, the civil society is victim. They are the ones who are bankrupted. The existence of the medium class makes the realization of the world usury system difficult because the civil society is educated, is able to contribute its own opinion and is able to unveil the real intentions of the oligarchy. So in the name of the democracy they should be eliminated. How? They are eliminated by the laws of the democracy itself. If there were 100 persons, 51 of them are able to distribute the wealth of the rest 49 according to the laws of that kind of democracy. If we follow the events of our days we find that on the base of this logic 20 % of the total population of the Globe owns 86 % of the existing power and financial resources while 80 % of the entire population owns only the rest 14 %. Instead of the equal distribution of these resources we can witness the opposite trend. This minority is not ready to show gestures to equalize the balance in the field of welfare, standard of life and other areas in fact they push the majority back more into the ignorance and are eager to increase a worse rate.
Instead of strengthening a world civilian society they eliminate the medium class and improve the influence of a smatl group of oligarchy over the society that is dependent and not independent any more. This society lives from wages, salaries or depends on social aids and supports. This class is notable to formulate and express its own opinion because it depends on its employers. This class is indebted, they buy their commodities by credits, they have to work hard in order to terminate the due debts and the rest of their salaries don't cover their welfare. This is the new slavery. One is not able to travel free to start a new life somewhere else because he is linked by financial and legal means to the place where he is indebted. Even the feudalist system was better because that time one new who was the landlord but today we don't know for whom we pay! They made it all with their money!
Let me remind everybody about the strong borders between rich and poor countries. After our Globe has become unipolar and there is no more West-East hostility the real enemies of the rich states ate those who suffer of poverty. See how many walls divide for instance every African citizen from the well to do societies:
- Difficulties in getting traveling documents issued by the local authorities
- Difficulties in getting visa of residence permit from the targeted country
- The conditions of travel hardly can be fulfilled (sanctioned fair prices, medical papers, income reports, etc.)
- After the democratic elections in Algeria held in 1990 where the Party of Islamic Salvation won by the wish of the majority of the people the army took over the power by using force and unconstitutional means. Since this time the hostility increased between the so called Islamists and the secular government. This issue made the European countries to enter the processes and with their capital strong military basements were established in the form of palm plantations or other agricultural investments in the region (e.g. Regime Matoung project in Tunis). These basements divide the North African countries. To the north of these lines the life is European without any previous national values. In this part huge amount of EU capital is invested, multinational companies opened branches and international monetary representations settled their offices. To the south of this line are pushed back the Islamists and this line prevents also the African immigrants to penetrate into the "rich" hemisphere of the world.
Once if an African citizen arrives into EU or US he has to face the unjust and anti human treatment of the Immigration Offices. The policy of these offices prevents to enter those who left their land due to the poverty which was originally caused by the targeted country. Majority of these persons are deported. Those who get resident permit are not treated according to the same human right which is implemented with the local citizens.
These walls prevent you to see those treasures and values that were taken away from your land. These walls prevent you to see your national heritage in those famous museums like British or Louvre.
If we go back to the history of the European democratic processes in 1789-1848 we find liberalism, conservatism and socialism as orientations which helped the democratic changes. This is the period between the French revolution and the European wars for liberation against the Monarchies. Liberalism meant the freedom of the market and the person which should be secured by the state. The conservatism demanded the representation of the national values from the state and socialism regulated the task of the state in order to legitimate the people's rights and welfare. In this period all 3 orientations were close to each other in demanding more from the state for the favor of the citizens. This was the time when civil societies strengthened in Europe and based on their own efforts could emerge entrepreneurs, local medium class which worked for the prosperity of their own nations.
However times changed and with the appearance of the capital corporates this national medium class represented a hostile element on the way. No matter what originally liberalism, conservatism or socialism meant, today all of them are under the dictates of an outstanding power and states have to be ruled in the cover of false democratic values. There is no medium class, no local civilians, only oligarchy and the dependent employees or those who can survive only by charity and aids. Where is the demos? With the demos even the classical values of democracy has disappeared. What today existis called: democratorship.
In order to plant in the brains the new meaning of the new democracy there are the Medias which belong 100% to the oligarchy and,,sthe elite groups of the local politicians. These groups get all their orders from the FED or City of London. Whatever they communicate and promise is against their own nation. The other means for the reflection of the virtual welfare are the NGO's. The Non Government Organizations could never solve any problem in the world. They can exist if the problems exist too Without continuous welfare problems even NGO's can not exist so their interest is to gire only virtual solutions while they generate more local troubles.
They exactly know if they donate tractors, harvesters, these equipments will not work without fuel, chemicals and seeds. Without the finance of the whole vertical system of production these machines is dead. As a result you always find yourself in a debt trap because you have to submit for credits to finance yourself. And how many more tricks they have!
The African countries are exposed to the different kind of debt traps in high extent. Wide range of Africans were educated and brain washed in different institutions of the oligarchy and they are convinced that the values of this fake democracy are the ones that can change the poverty into prosperity. They call for "being linked to the system" as the exclusive method that can ensure the economical and social development of their countries. For whom they are speaking? Where is the African demos? Why they don't assist to establish this class?
Every civil society has its own values and caracteristics. If people vote about the prohibition of pork meat in the EU most probably this proposal will be rejected but not in the Islamic countries. The same can happen concerning the wear of veil for women. If the results of the referendums can differ from area to area due to the cultural differences why one is forcing his own result to the other one? Or in other words we don't understand democracy well because there are more democratic ones then we are? Or can democracy conquer? How is it possible that one regime sends its huge army to another one to establish its democratic values while the conquered regime still is in function with a democratically elected legitimate president, parliament and government? What democracy we speak about?
What steps have to be taken in order to stop this dangerous trend?
- In order to guarantee the legal conditions it is inevitable to establish a constitution which is based on the patriotic national values and does not open door for foreign interests. In this constitution the land and its nation should be codified as the possession of a non-material dimension which metaphysically can embody the nation and the nation also feels natural cohesion for it. The constitution should define the conditions of the sovereignty of the nation which conditions can not be transferred or sold by any mean to another interest. In this constitution should be outlined the legitimacy of the state over its rights and its limits in the service of the land and the nation.
- In order to guarantee the financial conditions it is necessary to get rid of the elements of the chrematistics and establish a system based on the principles of the real economy. Can not be maintained the money creates money practice. The money is a sign what has no value without production. The money has to be secured by the state free of charge or on a very low price in order to facilitate the transactions. Money itself is a piece of paper which is painted by a special ink and is not a masterwork of a famous actor! Instead of paying interest after using it the bankers should pay penalty if they keep it back and make the transactions complicated. Why they don't pay fee after they accumulate it? It is interesting that we give pride for those who let the money fulfill its natural duty. Following this logics even the muggers should be given premium when they don't stop us on our way! No! As long as the muggers can not be paid for ensuring the free flow of the traffic the bankers should be not paid too if they ensure the free flow of the money. In fact both should be sanctioned if they prevent the free flow! In case the state emits local money without interest this money should finance the local production and can not generate debts. The foreign currency has to be used only for fulfilling the import requirements of the local economy. An independent nation can not depend on a monetary system that endangers its sovereignty and independence. The state has to stabilize the liquidity of the local monetary system and should monopolize those areas which are supposed to serve this stability.
- Instead of selling on low prices the national resources these raw materials should represent shares in different Joint Ventures which operate in the effectively functioning economies of the strategic partners like China. In this case the same unit of raw material results more profit and even local citizens can be trained and educated.
- The state has to promote the establishment of the local medium class and
entrepreneurs. The local entrepreneurs represent the basic condition of the civil
society. The foreign capital has no interest in forming the same.
People of the Western civilizations don't recall the four steps of the classical Greek democracy. Drakon - Solon - Peisistratos - Kleithenes. This was the way from the anarchy and chaos to the "order of the demos". The first step was Drakon who put the heaviest laws in force in order to terminate the anarchy. These laws of Drakon did not tolerate even the smallest discrepancies and ensured the appropriate environment for Solon and the others for realizing the further steps. In other words the democracy starts with dictatorship. Don't misunderstand! This should be the dictatorship of the rule of law and not the dictatorship of a paranoid person.
